Who likes pumpkin?
I've been craving some pumpkin pie lately, so I did some searching and combining of recipes and came up with the following:
2 cups canned pumpkin
2 small packages vanilla pudding
2 cups milk
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I like Biotest)
2 t pumpkin pie spice
Just mix & chill. I divided it into 4 containers and ate it without any sort of crust. I did some ROUGH estimates and guesstimated it at 4 servings with about 200 calories/20 grams protein, but it will depend on the actual ingredients used (skim vs whole milk, etc)
