Default request: bananna crisp

I'm sure most of you've had apple crisp, anyone ever try bananna crisp?

naw...looking for ideas. the only thing I thought about was mabey something in individual pans (not sure about the bottom layer...mabey some crushed walnuts\almonds), a bananna sliced and pressed, some sort of oatmeal strucel top (or mabye a pre-made granola) and broil for a couple minutes to get that real crispy\hot cooked thing going on while maintaining the bananna's texture.

of course in my mind it's served in a dish lightly covered in bailey's and drizzled with chocolate sauce, but that could be optional.

I looked in my "The Chiquita Banana Cookbook" and the closest I found found is Banana Oatmeal Cookies and a Holiday Banana Fruit Cake.. but no Banana Crisp.. Alot of the recipes got my mouth watering as much as your baileys drizzled with chocolate sauce..

I think just about any recipe would work if you just swap one fruit for another. I know I made a peach cobbler from an apple cobbler recipe some years ago. Bananas and oatmeal work really well together.

Hmmm... this wouldn't really be a healthy recipe, but you could take individual pans, put a crushed almond or walnut crust in the bottom, fill with Bananas Foster Link to recipe , then top with granola. You'd have to cut the bananas fairly small, but I think it will work.
