Sounds good, gobbla - is this your own creation??

Are you still limiting your grains?? I remember at one time you had mentioned trying to eliminate them from your diet. I see oats in this recipe but was wondering whether you are limiting or restricting them to some degree.

after we had the latest youngun discovery the wallet dictates the food intake a little more than before so grains are back in. now it's tons of beans. not afraid of grains, but they're not on the list if their's something else availible.

it's a variation of one of the "low carb" recipies for oatmeal cookies. turned out way too runny for cookies so dumped it into a cake pan. turned out really good.

*hint* try it with some chocolate chips tossed in!

If you can get canned peaches in light syrup, it will have more sugar than just plain applesauce but can be easily made into the consistency of applysauce by slow cooking it for a few hours. Of course you would also need a crock pot.
