I drink this one often. Note that the recipe is tripled. I put the other two servings in the fridge for later. I usually have a protein shake with breakfast and then another one before bed.

-3 scoops whey
-3 tblsp peanut butter
-~1 cup milk
-a little bit of olive oil for the fats, the flavor gets overpowered
-3 packets carnation instant breakfast

It's a chocolate peanut butter shake. Note that i use the CIB only because i only have vanilla whey. I've never tried it with chocolate whey and minus the CIB

KT, doens't the protein lose it's nutrition value after being mixed for such a long time?

I've never heard anything like that. Anybody know anything about this?

I go:
10 oz plain nonfat yogurt
2 scoops orange Gatorade powder
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
6-8 oz milk
Ice cubes and water

Blend it up and it tastes like an orange julius.
