Made this meal tonight for my wife and I:

Baked Haddock (or any firm white fish) actually works for about any fish:

8 oz. haddock filet
crushed ritz crackers
olive oil
garlic or Old Bay to taste
lemon

preheat oven to 350 degrees
crush the ritz crackers
dip the filets in olive oil and press both sides to the crushed crackers
place in a glass baking dish previously sprayed with olive oil spray
top with lemon slices
place in oven for approximately 15 minutes until fish is firm and flakes with a fork

I served this with stir fried asparagus
a baked potato and a glass of white wine.

Excellent!

MK: it's a seasoning for chicken, fish, seafood, meat, etc. I use it on seafood for the most part.

Old Bay

Old Bay is the only seasoning that matters. I use it on burgers, seafood, popcorn, etc.
