1lbs Ground Turkey
1 egg
1/4 low carb ketsup (or small can of tomato paste)
1tsp garlic powder
1 small onion finely diced
1/2 zucchini finely diced
1tsp black pepper
1tsp dried basil
1tbs Worshire Sauce
1tbs beef boulon crumbles
healthy dash of hotsauce

Preheat oven @ 350

Mix it all together and put in loaf pan or muffin tins (it'll be thin and slimey and that's ok). Top with some more ketsup if desired...cook in oven 20min or untill cooked thru.

Let cool for 5-10min to solidify and serve.

*Note*
The low carb ketsup has a lot more tomato flavor than regular ketsup, so sub with tomato paste vs regular ketsup. If you want to splash a little water in the paste to thin it a tad feel free.

Great idea to add the zucchini. I'll have to try that.
