Drinking this now and thought I would share:

8oz. skim milk
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp plus 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa
1 packet splenda
1/4 tsp peppermint extract

Combine with about 6 ice cubes in a blender.

Looks good! Just curious as to what peppermint extract is and how many calories it has?

You can buy peppermint extract with the spices...where you would get vanilla extract. A teaspoon of vanilla extract has 12 cals so I'm thinking peppermint isn't too different. And you just need a little bit...it has quite a strong taste to it.

I made this this morning. It was pretty good. I used mint extract cause i didn't have peppermint extract, so it was a blend of spearmint and peppermint. Still not that bad. Next time, i dont think i'll lick the teaspoon when i'm done it kinda shocked/killed the taste buds
