try part skim ricotta cheese. it's cheeper and makes better desert tasting things example.

1/2 ricotta
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp non sweetened coccoa powder
2 packets of spenda

or

vanilla, splenda, and orange flavoring (zest or oil)

or almond extract (plus spenda)

or vanilla and cinnamon

ect.

I went with ricotta as a sub a while back...gritty as all get out. I did not like it. maybe I'll grind it down with some of the stuff you suggested...give it a shot again.

I like ricotta but have never seen a skim version in Canada.
