the wife brought these patties home for me. The brand is Trident, they're 4 oz, 23g protein, and 180 calories. They were quite tasty, and very conveininet. I slapped 2 on the gril last night, and had them with a salad. Good stuff. Made from wild salmon too, not the farm raised stuff.

How does the price compare to wild salmon that's not processed? It's already pretty expensive so I would guess this is even higher.

Q - I'm really not sure how much she paid for them, but you can be sure it was reasonable. The wife is good with a $$. Plus they come 12 to a pack, you know Costco sized.

These are great - I think I paid 8.99 for the 12 pack.

I used to eat them all the time, but since moving to Denver I haven't been able to find them.
