This is something I made one morning because I had nothing else better to do, wanted a bit more protein and didn't feel like cooking eggs. Therefore this breakfast was born out of laziness.
Grab 1/2 Cup Plain low-fat yogurt and place in a bowl.
1 scoop Vanilla whey powder (not sure how other flavors will taste, you may have to test it) and mix it with the yogurt till smooth. Spoon does the trick.
1 cup Go Lean Crunch cereal, then 1/3 cup frozen blueberries. Mix everything with the yog/pro mix till everything is covered.
And your done! Eat away
