Question

I am in a dilemma and hope to get some help here. Currently, I am training for a half marathon and while I try and try, I am unable to drop time. After looking at (and trying to change) all variables, I have concluded that I am simply carrying too much weight, and it's slowing me down.

My question is, how do I loose weight while also maintaining the calories I need to train? I am 5'4", 135, and I would define myself as modeartely fit, as in, I can run 13 miles and feel fine after.

I gladly welcome any and all feedback/direction on effective dieting. Also, any input re. supplements would be appreciated as well. I am currently not taking any, but would be willing to try, as I have taken them in the past.
