On a whim this morning, I put the following in a small tupperware dish.

3/4 cup of lowfat plain yogurt
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
6 frozen strawberries
1 packet of splenda

It's been in the fridge in our breakroom for about 5 hours. I just got it out and the strawberries are half thawed, started eating it and holy crap I feel guilty, it tastes like desert. Here's the breakdown.

My guilty pleasure is sort of a pumpkin pie filling...

1/4 of one of those large cans of pumpkin
1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder
pumpkin pie spice (optional)

stir and refridgerate

I used to do this whole ordeal with all that stuff, plus eggs, cooking, cooling, etc. Got lazy... Still good, though.

Since they are in season right now and pack quite a punch for your diet...

1 scoop of Vanilla protein and however many frozen blueberries & raspberries you feel like adding... w/ your choice of yogurt or milk or whatever.

Loaded with fiber and vitamins, plus the protein.
