Sorry to give away the punch line in the subject, but this was a tasty dinner dish that I made for the first time last night. I am having leftovers for lunch today.

- 1 can light tuna in water, drained
- 1 15oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup fresh spinach, washed and chopped
- 15-20 grape tomatoes, halved

I added a serving of raw almonds and some olive oil. This took me about 10 minutes preparation, if that. I got maybe 3 servings total.

Great recipe, thanks. It has a pretty good taste to it. Tuna can grow old quick!
