How do you include fatty acids and oils in your diet? I eat peanut butter already. And does fry or cooking lean ground beef in canola oil healthy? My mom does it all the time and I'm not sure whether I can eat that or not.

Canola oil is one of the better oils for cooking. That's my primary oil. Olive oil is also good when you want a more tasty flavor. Canola is pretty neutral.

Fish oil is good for you. Capsules are the most convenient, since you can carry them with you and have them with meals.

I try to use Olive Oil for most cooking. You can eat fish such as salmon which will contain fatty acids. Like Lost Dog said...a fish oil supplement works too.
