I tried this today, and it was really good!

At night, blend:

8 oz. coffee
4 oz. skim milk
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
1 23g scoop vanilla protein (mine is a calcium caseinate/whey mix, but I'm sure regular whey would be fine)

Refrigerate over night.

Cals: 240
Protein: 32g
Fat: 8g
Carbs: 10g
Coffee: one cup

Not a bad way to get a quick, healthy, all-in-one cold breakfast for the summer!
