That does sound easy and tasty. What flavor whey did you use?

Cool...thanks fish. I have issues with the curd too. I always have to smooth mine in the food processor before I eat it. Yay...I can make this today

Hey Fish,

Out of pure happenstance, I ended up trying a new brand of CC and it is much better than anything I have had (reminds me of cheesecake filling): Breakstone Small Curd 2% fat. I actually look forward to eating it, it tastes that good. Give it a try.

Sounds like the perfect summertime breakfast. I'm growing sick of meats, eggs, etc. in the morning. With no AC in the apartment, I wake up sweaty/sticky, and have no desire for hot food.

Perhaps a peanut butter, CC, skim milk, vanilla whey and coffee version, refrigerated over night, would be the answer to all of my morning difficulties. Hmmm... I'll try it out and post it if it's any good.

I used Vanilla Whey, and I am using Breakstone's 2% small curd already (I think I got that from you or Phoomer, actually)
