This one is actually from "The Testosterone Advantage Plan" by (oh hey, it's Lou Schuler!)

I've made this one a lot of times, it's delicious



and if you couple it with 1/2 cup of green beans and a multigrain roll w/ 1 TBSP of butter you'll get

784 Calories
48 Grams of Protein
48 Grams of Fat
40 Grams of Carbs

I've made this many times and love it.

One change I make -- use fresh herbs (usually chives) rather than the dried Italian seasoning.

I'll have to try that. That italian seasoning is expensive!
