I thought of this last night. It's a crock-pot meal I want to make:
1) 1 package of Lean Ground Turkey Breast
2) 2 Fresh Tomatoes
3) 1 Can Black Beans
4) Brown Basmati Rice (servings claibrated to Turkey package
5) Ground Black Pepper
What do you think? Yummy as is, or add/subtract something?
