Hey, I am in a rush most nights after martial arts and I am looking for a low GI MRP shake to down quickly afterwards.

I am hoping to find something that contains:
Fruit, Oats, Protein Powder, and Milk(optional).

Anyone got any recipes they can throw my way? Basically low-GI, low fat MRP.

Hey Bacon,

Check out the Men's Health book called The Abs Diet or the site www.absdiet.com. They have lots of smoothie recipes. I recall one using cooked oatmeal, blueberries, protein powder, low fat yogurt and milk.
