I will be working the closing shift often during the summer, and am looking to create a bar that I can take to eat as a last meal. I usually have cottage cheese and natty pb, and i was looking for a recipe for a bar that is made from these two ingredients (and others) but is low in other carbs.
I can't think of a bar, but a shake of cottage cheese, NPB, and low carb grow works for me. A good homemade bar without the CC would be NPB,low carb grow, flax meal and a little water. Like eating ice creame.
