This is a lemonade that follows Adam's Diet' recommendation. The only problem is there is no protein, so you might want to take a glass of water and some powder with it when you take this thing.

Well, I didn't try it, but it goes like this:

Press a lemon and get all its juice.
Press an orange and get all its juice.
Add some water.
Add some splenda.

(optional: add ice cubes and blend. This may taste better, I am not sure!)

I will post back when I've tried it (when I finally get my hands on some splenda, damn!).

If you try this out, please also post back some feedback, and what you did to make it better!

**EDIT** PS. You may want to press 2 lemons, or half an orange, not sure again though!.

My family practically lives on lemon water. I'm the only one that adds sweetener to it (lemonade).

I as well have started drinking lemon water, I am out of sweetner, so it's just water and lemon juice. Nice change to the plain water I've been drinking [img]smile.gif[/img]

I read this somewhere. One of the benefits of having lemon:

Start the day with the hot lemon treatment. Squeeze the juice of a medium-sized lemon into a cup of hot water and drink it first thing in the morning. The acidic nature and antibacterial properties of lemon help discourage yeast proliferation, and the hot drink helps regularity, which is crucial to keep the digestive system free of toxin build-up.

FWIW, the juice from 4 whole squeezed lemons makes 1 gallon of pleasantly tart beverage.
