This is a lemonade that follows Adam's Diet' recommendation. The only problem is there is no protein, so you might want to take a glass of water and some powder with it when you take this thing.
Well, I didn't try it, but it goes like this:
Press a lemon and get all its juice.
Press an orange and get all its juice.
Add some water.
Add some splenda.
(optional: add ice cubes and blend. This may taste better, I am not sure!)
I will post back when I've tried it (when I finally get my hands on some splenda, damn!).
If you try this out, please also post back some feedback, and what you did to make it better!
**EDIT** PS. You may want to press 2 lemons, or half an orange, not sure again though!.
