Lately, I've been having 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 oz of ground or chopped walnuts, 1 tbsp flaxmeal, splenda, and cinnamon.

It's a pretty filling snack and surpringly dessert-like and satisfying.

Sometimes I "splurge" and stir in 1/2 of one of those tiny boxes of raisins (20 calories), or nuke a small, chopped apple and stir it in.

I suppose mine change with the season. It's summer, so there are good tomatoes at the farmer's market. During fall and winter there are apples and pears, and strawberries in spring.

Lately I got an idea from a friend of mine, so I have been experimenting with yogurt mix-ins: vanilla yogurt, wheat germ, flaxseed meal, some granola, and whatever fresh berries are on hand. Like Lost Dog's cottage cheese mix, it could pass for dessert. I'll have to try the walnuts and cinnamon at some point.
