I need a recipe for Marsala Chicken, "adam's diet certified" please. The main thing I need to figure out a way around is the flour. The recipe calls for 2 tbsp of flour. It is really necessary for the texture of the sauce. Is it not enough to worry about? Adam, you still out there?

JP,

I don't have a recipie but you can use ground nuts as a thickener. I'm not sure how say, some cashews would taste in a Marsala sauce, but it would fit into Adams diet....

Put some Oatmeal into your Ultimate Chopper and turn it into oat flour.

I use Vital Wheat Gluten instead of flour in roux, so I don't seem why it wouldn't work here.

However, in a whole dish, 2 tbsp flour shouldn't effect you much. You can use whole wheat, too.
