Here is a recipe for a buritto I have been making. It's damn good...

-1 can tuna
-1/2 cup pinto beans
-chopped onion
-1/4 cup barley or rice
-chilli powder(to taste)
-jalepenos(optional)

Mash eveything in a bowl, then nuke for 90 secs.

Put mixture in a whole wheat totilla and top with salsa and hot sauce. Fold and put on George Foreman Grill at 350* for 5 minutes(turn over half way through).

Eat and enjoy

Rip that sounds great, except I'd probably use black beans instead...and I'm assuming you're using canned beans right?

I never realized you could actually put the food IN the tortilla and THEN put it on the grill...I bet it tastes way better than my microwaved corn tortillas. Corn tortillas kind of get old pretty fast, I'm considering switching to whole wheat as well.

Yea, I used canned beans. I buy the low-sodium beans and put them in a colander to wash them.
