Every once in a while, I like to fry up a couple of egg rolls. The ingrediants are good - meat, egg whites, veggies, etc. - but what about the wrap fried in oil.

Do they make a healthy wrap?

What type of oil is healthiest to fry it in?

I use rice paper. It comes in a sheet, and it looks like plastic. You dip it in hot water and it becomes pliable. Then, you can add whatever you want inside and roll it up. It's not fried, and very tasty. They are used a lot in any natural foods store in the already prepared food section.

And if you move to Korea like I did, EVERYTHING is wrapped up in it! At least, that or seaweed paper.
