Need Irish Recipes - JP Fitness Forums

My wife and I are in a "Supper Club", once a month one couple hosts a dinner party. Our turn is next month and we're doing a St. Patrick's Day theme, so I need some Irish recipes. I'm Irish and I know we're not exactly known for our cuisine, but I'd like to try it anyway. So if you've got a good Irish recipe please reply back with it. Thanks.

The only one I can think of is an Irish stew...

I just Googled Irish recipes and it came up with tons of great Irish recipe sites...

Hey, how's it going. I am Irish, so let me say that not many people here eat Irish stew too regularly!

But if you're looking for some more traditional recipies, then google for a chef named Darina Allen. Seh's quite a famous Irish chef, presents a lot of TV cookery programs over here, you're bound to find what you're looking for in some of her recipies.
