1 whole egg
3 egg whites
1 cup spinach
2 slices turkey bacon (diced)
2 tbs diced onion
2 tbs reduced fat cheddar cheese
1 tsp of diced garlic
1 dash basil
1 dash salt
pepper to taste
in a skillet combine bacon and onion and begin to brown. after the combo begins to cook (bacon begins to crip and onions begin to look transparant) add the spinach and garlic. Cook this mixture for 30-45 seconds and add remaining ingrediants and mix up real good and finish cooking stirring occasionally.
