Ok, so I had some : Accelerade Orange lying around in the cupboard that I used when I was riding my bike, but now that I'm doing a lot more muscle gain/HITT I completely forgot about it. I recently looked at the ingredients and found that it contained the perfect post-workout carbs:

Ingredients: Sucrose, Whey Protein Concentrate, Fructose, Maltodextrin, Citric Acid, Sodium Chloride, Lecithin, Natural Flavor, Magnesium Oxide Vitamin E Acetate, Ascorbic Acid, L-Arginine, Monopotassium phosphate, FD&C Yellow 5, FD&C Yellow 6.

Orange Julius PWO:

1/2 banana
1/2 -> 1 scoop of Accelerade Orange
1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
1 cup. Carb Countdown nonfat Milk

I used Carb countdown because I didn't want EXCESSIVE amounts of sugar, since 1 scoop of the Accelerade contains 21g of sugar, and the banana adds fructose too. Anyways, I think there's probably a cheaper method available, I just had this left over from riding season and now I've found a great use for it! Enjoy.
