Not so much for the Abs Diet as just trying to put good things in my body.

12oz low-fat blueberry yogurt
1 banana
1 cup canned pinapple
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon wheat germ
1 scoop vanilla whey protein

Good, bad, neither, any suggestions on what to add/remove?

It would certainly be tasty, but I would remove the PB, as you want to avoid the fat-sugar combo.

Johnka,
Can you tell me more about the fat-sugar thing or point me to some articles? I eat P+C+F at every meal..so when I have fruit I often use almond butter/nuts for fat...so the fat-sugar combo.

PS I hear you have a granola bar recipe...I would LOVE to have that one! I like the Nature Valley trail mix bars but have been wanting to make a healthier version...

You don't wanna mix F with C. Go for P-F or P-C never all 3. I'll post a link to a good article on rugged-mag that has info from JB about how to eat and split the PFC
