The following makes a great breakfast, snack or dessert.

Lightly beat 2 egg whites.
Thoroughly combine with:
20 packets or 1 1/4 cup Splenda
1 1/2 cups oat or whole wheat flour
2 tsp vanilla
8-10 oz fat free yogurt (plain, vanilla, strawberry or cherry are my favorites)
4 Tbsp natural nut butter (I prefer almond)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon

Stir in 3 Cups old fashioned oats (they bake better and are lower GI than quick oats, etc) and 1 cup dried cranberries (look for dried cranberries with little to no sugar. Craisins are very high in sugar).

Put into an ungreased 9"X13" baking pan (spread evenly on the bottom of the pan).

Bake at 350 degrees for 28-30 minutes.

Cool and cut into squares.

Makes 12 decent sized servings of ~170 Cal.
