It's what I use after every workout! I use half a serving (2 scoops). Perfect post workout shake and it is pretty cheap too (not to mention it tastes decent).

Yeah, Its exactly what ive been using. What ive been doing though is having 1 shake (4 scoops) pre-workout and 1 shake (4 scoops again) post workout giving me a severe boost of carbs and protien!

I also have a shake of prolabs "advanced whey" (2 Scoops) just before I goto my bed at night. So from shakes im getting in the region of 140g Protien!

Nice!

Do you guys mix it with just water? How does it taste? I was looking and the carb:protein ratio is perfect for pwo.

I personally drink it with milk if ive bought some, prefer the taste though in saying that i still like it with water.

Yeah the ratio is good but beware its 4 scoops perserving so the tub gets empty pretty quickly but if funds aint a problem then go get nLarge!

Cheers

Scott
