I absolutely have no idea how to name that in English, so if JP or Johnka want to change the name, go ahead guys.
The idea was to make something that is super low calorie, yet high in protein and big in quantity, yet very light. My husband loves desserts and has been on a diet for a large portion of out life together, so I try to make new desserts all the time.
So here's the jello.
You need:
1 packet of gelatin (about 1 tbsp)
4 scoops of vanilla or other flavor whey
1 lb of plain natural yogurt
1/2 cup Splenda (if you want it sweeter add more)
1 cup blueberries or other small fruit
Combine everything but the gelatin, prepare the gelatin as instructed on package ( I boil mine) and add to mixture. Put in a large bowl or several small bowls. Makes over 2 lbs of jello, so you can be creative and pour it in any shape you like.
For the whole lot (makes about 4-6 servings)
Totals kcal 885 fat 17 carbs 41 protein 122
Refrigerate for a few hours
