Alright I was getting kinda hungry so I came up with this....
3/4c oats
1/4 cup cottage cheese
5 egg whites,
1/s scoop vanilla whey
dash of cinamman
1 splenda packet
400 caloires, 40g protein, 44g carbs
I put all the ingredients in the blender to make the batter. Then I added some pam to the frying pan. I also threw is some frozen blueberries while the batter was cooking.
CONCLUSION: I think 1 more packet of splenda would have made them a bit sweeter but I used some sugar free jelly to liven them up. Give it a try. Any yes I was hungry so I ate them all!!
