I got this one out of Muscle and Fitness:
Tandoori Chicken:
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3tbsp. tomato paste
1/3 cup tandoori Spice
1/3 cup minced, fresh garlic
1 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp sugar ??
1tsp. salt,or to taste
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 6-8oz. ea.
In a large plastic container or resealable plastic bag, mix all the ingredients. Add chicken, submerging it completely. Marinade 5 hrs or overnight.
Pre-heat oven to 400F. Place chicken into a glass baking dish, 9.5 x13.5 ?? in a single layer, covering it with the remainder of the marinade. Cover with alum. foil, and bake for 30 mins. Until no longer pink inside.
Ihave also tried this grilled, it's a bit messy, but it still is great.
