I make these 2-3x a month on Sundays.
Crepes
1 ½ C whole wheat flour
1 ¾ C Skim Milk
4 egg whites
pinch salt

Mix and cook thin on electric stick free griddle at ~375
Cream Cheese filling
2 containers of Philly ultra low fat cream cheese
1 container of fat free yogurt (any flavour)
1 scoop ON 100% Whey
2 egg whites
½ C Sugar Twin or Equal
1 tbls vanilla
Optional, chocolate chips, blueberries, etc.
Mix and place a heaping tablespoon or more in the middle of each crepe and fold. Place in a baking dish and put in oven @350 for 10-15 minutes. Take out and eat plain or put Ultra low fat cool whip on top.
