There's the version of Tsatsiki that we make here:
1 lb drained plain full fat yogurt (drain in cloth overnight)
1 tblsp olive oil and a pinch of salt
4-5 cloves of garlic
2 tblsp chopped dill weed
2 tblsp ground walnuts
1 chopped cucumber/or chopped pickles if you like the taste

/you can do it with chopped raw zuccini but add lemon if you do
