I need some recipes to use with the grape seed extract and other recipe enhancers you suggested... Do you have any that you particularly like to cook?

Lately I use the grape seed oil for almost everything. It's great on salads, very light amount. You can make a vinaigrette--2 tbls oil, 1 tsp coleman's dry mustard, 1 tbls good vinegar, 1 tbps water, shake to emulsify.

It's also great for frying eggs, just takes a tsp ina hot pan. I cook with it.
Did you get oil and vinegar from me? Somebody named Pete signed for it.

I got your email. Don't know why it is sending yoru fatal errors.

I will try the recipes. Yes, I am talking about the stuff you sent. Don't know who Pete is though. Maybe Kellie Peters? (My general manager).

Can't wait to experiment with them and see what I come up with. Any other suggestions you have, just throw them this way.
