In the Men's Health Belly-off forum, someone asked the question of your favorite clean meal. Since there is a section for recipes, I thought I would post this:
3/4 cup long grain brown rice
1/2 cup various bell peppers
1 green onion
1 tbls salsa (I prefer the hot kind)
5 oz boneless/skinless chicken breast broiled (or however you prefer to cook it)
Mix together and if cold, microwave for about 2:30 and enjoy.
