Yup, I'm eating one right now as I type this message. They're more like a cake than a bar, but yummy nonetheless. Just be sure to chase them with a lot of water, to allow the whey to be absorbed.
They're great warm, with a little splenda and cinnanom sprinkled over top.
If you're ballz-out bulking and don't care about mixing fat with simple carbs, I would suggest adding a melted stick of butter and crushed pecans (or peanut butter) into the mix before baking...drool.
