Question

I really like Tortillas and Salsa, and I also like to make Egg Omelets with Salsa. I am wondering if any of you guys know of a good easy recipe for Homemade Salsa?

Yes, I have an excellent recipe...

I have one of those choppers you buy off TV (a gift). This isn't an exact recipe. Just drop in whatever proportions you want, but this is VERY good.

Chop up about 4 tomatos, then one onion, a pepper or two, one peeled garlic clove or a spoon of pre-minced garlic, a bundle of cilantro, about a half tsp of cumin, a tsp or more (to taste) of garlic salt, a tablespoon of cayenne/jalopeno powder. This stuff is ADDICTIVE!

You add a whole bundle of cilantro, or just a little bit? That is some strong smelling stuff!

Hm... You may be right. I just improvise every time I make it though. A small bunch I guess... About 5-10 sprigs.
