Here's a simple, but good P+F meal:
10 oz. Salmon fillet
Spinach, boiled and drained, 1 cup (from frozen)
Salad with romaine lettuce, 1/2 avocado, chopped, drizzled with 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tsp balsamic vinegar.
Broil the salmon in the stove for about 10-15 minutes on 400 degrees (don't overcook), or on a BBQ, or on a George Foreman grill. I like a little vinegar in the boiled spinach.

Carbs: 15 (a little over)
