TScherm on MH recommends this recipe... consume at your own risk!

Here's a good breakfast "casserole" for a p+c meal (can be eaten anytime of day)

1 8 oz. carton garden veg. egg beaters
1 cup broccoli
3 oz. fat free cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. skim milk (up to 1 cup if you want)
2 slices Nature's Own whole wheat bread

Break up the bread in pieces and layer 1/2 of them across the bottom of a bread loaf pan. then put the broccoli on top of the bread, and add the rest of the bread.
Mix the eggs, cheese, and milk together in a bowl w/salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture over bread and broccoli.
Bake on 350 oven until eggs set up (about 30-35 min...maybe more...depends on oven). Let rest about 5 min.

525 cals. 80 g protein, 36 g. carbs (more of everything w/1 c. skim milk instead of 1/2 c.)
Consume w/ 1 cup o.j. or 1 banana (120 cals; 28 g c)
Total: 645 cals, 80 g. protein, 64 g. carb

I'm guessing buy cutting out the cheese you would also cut out alot of the calories. I haven't looked at fat free cheese in a long time.
