Grilled Chicken Burrito (Protein + Carbs)
4 oz Grilled Chicken Breast (I grill a bunch of chicken breasts at once, then stick the extra in a ziplock bag and in the fridge to use for a few days after)
1/2 cup cooked long-grain brown rice
1/2 can Goya Black Beans, drained
1/3 cup salsa
1 whole wheat tortilla
1 medium tomato
Heat the beans and sliced chicken together, and wrap in a heated tortilla. Sprinkle a little cumin on the brown rice, and nuke it for a minute. Slice the tomato and serve on the plate next to the rice and burrito. Dip everything in the salsa.
