Protein + Fat Meal
4 oz. 96% lean ground beef
1.5 cup frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, onions, carrots, peas, etc)
1 whole jumbo egg (boiled)
.5 oz raw pecans (ca. 10 halves)
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
Stir fry the ground beef and vegetables in a non-stick pan, without oil (heated oil = equivalent of partially hydrogenated oil), and add a dash of salt, pepper, and curry powder to taste.
Just suck it up and do the shot of flax oil (ech), because you don't want to make your food taste like ass by mixing it in.
Eat the boiled egg and pecans as side dishes
