Found this one on MH:

Protein + Carb Meal
.5 cup dry Old Fashioned oats
.25 cup raw oat bran
1.5 cups skim milk
.35 cup frozen blueberries
One scoop Whey Protein isolate
(boil the oats for 5 minutes in milk, remove from heat and put oat bran in, then cover for 5 minutes) (stir in blueberries, Splenda, and Whey Protein)

5 jumbo egg whites, boiled
.5 cup fat free cottage cheese
1 cup calcium-fortified OJ
2 cups French-Press coffee (my vice)

Total Calories: 800
Fat: 8 grams (this is 3 grams over, but it comes from the oatmeal and protein powder, so I let it slide)
Carbs: 114
Fiber: 13
Protein: 81

Throwing away the yolk after you boil an egg is the easiest way.

Course, I don't throw away the yolk... that is where all the flavor is! Plus, a recent study said that you can increase production of GOOD cholesterol?

I don't know about that... I really just enjoy skim milk at this point, but I lived on a farm as a boy, and LOVED whole milk that still had all the cream in it. Mmmm. I wasn't fat by any stretch, but I worked all day on a farm, played sports, and as a reward to a hard day of work, we "got to" run 3.5 miles to a swimming hole where we played HARD for a couple of hours before running back home. Nope, no bodyfat on me. I could have subsisted on lard rolled in sugar and deep fried in butter and I would have still had zero bodyfat!

I don't recommend whole milk. If you have to have some of that fat, try 1% milk. It really does have too much fat for adults. Whole milk has just as many carbs as whole milk. The sugar is in the form of lactose, which is a simpler sugar, but it also has protein... 19 grams in 2 cups if I remember correctly.
