TUNA BURGERS

2 tablespoons nonfat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard mayo blend
1 egg white
2 cans water packed tuna
1/2 cups dry breadcrumbs
1/4 cup green onions finely chopped
vegatable cooking spray
1/4 nonfat mayo
4 whole wheat hamburger buns - split
4 lettuce leaves
4 tomato slices
4 slices sweet onion

Combine first three ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add next three ingredients and mix. Divide into four patties. Spray vegetable cooking spray into skillet, and cook over medium high heat until golden. Top with mayo, tomato, lettuce, and onion and serve.

Sure. If you take the tuna out of the foil packet it works great. Just make sure you have the same amount as if you were using two canz.
