10-12 oz Water
1 Cup Oats
1 Scoop Optimum Whey Protein
1 Tablespoon of Natural Peanut Butter

Blend it all together, and drink up!

That sounds pretty good! I just finished my workout so I think I am going to go mix one up now... Hope I have some oats at home. Thanks!

I wouldn't drink that post workout! It isn't a fast absorbing mix, with the oats and PB.

Try just whey and some dextrose or honey postworkout. This is good for breakfast or as a regular meal replacement!
