Attachments Don't Work

Cannot view attachments since the forum change that got the "old-style title in the url" links to work.

Clicking any attachment results in the following error:

Server error!

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there was an error in a CGI script.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.
Error 500

FYI: the link for contacting the webmaster goes to no address given.
