How can I paste a small table or spreadsheet in my message? Say 10 8 column by 10 rows or less, with cell borders?

This would be my food calories and exercise for the week

Excel spreadsheets copy fairly cleanly. You may need to align cells for best appearance, but it's pretty much copy/paste.

Look at the cardio reports in my log. The Concept2 rower outputs to a CSV (comma separated values) file, Excel reads it in, I do a bit of calculating and alignment and then copy it straight over.

It copies as HTML.

If you use Google Spreadsheets you can share a section of the spreadsheet and paste it into your sig or whatever. I did that a couple challenges back.
